For our client, a leader in the Polish CFM market, we are looking for an HR Specialist, - a person who is not afraid of challenges and acts with energy.

Main duties will include:

• Conducting the recruitment process - from the announcement, through interviews, to the selection of the best candidate.
• Taking care of the induction and good first impression of new employees.
• Advising managers on HR and personnel matters.
• Organising training so that employees can develop and learn new skills.
• Creating and updating HR procedures, in accordance with regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in HR, including recruitment and HR projects.
• Knowledge of English at min. B2 and fluency in Polish.
• Good knowledge of labour law and HR processes.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment (SSC experience welcome).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and punctuality in action.
