We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Administration for one of our clients that is currently setting up their new IT center in Kraków. This an American product-based company developing software for cybersecurity. This person will join the engineering team in the R&D department. 

 

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce system administrator, managing users, permissions, and security settings.
  • Maintain and configure custom objects, formula fields, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data imports/exports, maintaining high data quality.
  • Oversee Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Optimize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Live Agent.
  • Collaborate with Support and Technical Services teams to streamline case management processes.
  • Maintain and monitor Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) within the platform.
  • Work with Professional Services teams on resource management, project tracking, and service deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation using Flow, Process Builder, and workflow rules.
  • Provide training, create user documentation, and support employees on best practices in Salesforce usage.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud administration.
  • Experience in Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions within Salesforce is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and integration best practices.
  • Knowledge of case management systems, SLA tracking, and customer service operations.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce APIs and middleware integrations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
