For one of our international Clients, an absolute leader in their sector, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with English to join their ranks.

You would join one of their tight-knit teams responsible for supporting English-speaking customers and distributors. The team are responsible for end-to-end order management (using SAP), and your focus will be on making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible and supporting your customers. Customers might have questions about the products as well, and it will be your job to help them with simpler queries; however, there is a dedicated engineering team responsible for more complicated queries, and you can always count on their support!

The team work in a hybrid mode, usually only visiting the offices once a week (if you wish, you can work from the offices more often, though).

Your tasks will include:

• Handling all types of customer orders, including pre-sales process, service support and after-sales activities (including invoicing)
• Advising customers, including handling basic product-related queries
• Sales support and contract administration
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and other global teams

You should:

• Have min. 2 years of experience in order management
• Be familiar with SAP (a must--have)
• Speak English fluently (B2+/C1)
