We are thrilled to announce great news form Katowice market – we are starting to build the new IT Hub in Katowice from scratch. Our Client is a global producer of sustainable stainless steel, whose main target is to reduce carbon footprint 10,000,000 tonnes annually. We are looking for an Junior Microsoft 365 Specialist, who will join to the team.
This role includes Employment Contract and hybrid model with 2 office days/week.
In this role you will:
- provide technical support and administration for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive,
- resolve issues related to M365 applications and work closely with service desk agents at our IT delivery center,
- contribute to the design and implementation of M365 services, optimizing their usage across the organization for maximum efficiency and security,
- sssist in maintaining security configurations, access controls, and compliance requirements for M365 & Entra ID services, ensuring that they align with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- min. 1 year of experience in working on similar position with Microsoft 365 products,
- experience with troubleshooting and support,
- basic understanding of ITIL service management,
- communicative English – min. B2,
- strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills,
- proactive and eager approach to continuous learning in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment.
