We’re looking for a Junior IT Project Manager ready to join an international IT team & strategic projects.
In this role you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
- Accountability towards BA Europe sites and users, for projects under management of the person
- Financially accountable for internal orders in area, budget, forecast, accounting, invoice check and approvals
- Act as ambassador, promoting IT solutions, services, projects towards business
- Ensure team health, safety and compliance with policies
- Personal coaching, development and trainings for team members
- Drive development of team and solutions
- Ensure IT delivery in projects, or exceeding, IT KPI’s
- Improve business satisfaction, end user experience
- Improve overall ecosystem service delivery
- Improve IT service performance
Requirements:
- Required about 3 years of experience in IT project management and some certificates
- Degree or training in Project Management, serticifaction is beneficial
- Ability to lead in matrix organization
- Ability to build trusted relationships across IT and other units
- Fluent in English language, spoken and written
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical approach
- SAFe Agile certification, optimally ITIL V4 foundation or never
