For our client, an international company operating in the transport and logistics industry, we are seeking a candidate for the position of a HRIS Analyst in the Global HRIS team.

Your main duties will include:

• Generating and distributing periodic reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly)
• Conducting audits
• Providing helpdesk support for reporting-related inquiries
• Ensuring data integrity by reporting discrepancies to the HRIS helpdesk
• Identifying and proposing new opportunities for process improvements

Our requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in HR systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development
• Proficiency in English (C1)
• Advanced Excel and Power BI

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or a related field
