We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help design and deliver advanced identity threat detection and response capabilities across hybrid environments. In this role, you will build scalable features for both on‑prem and SaaS solutions, influence architectural direction, and support the adoption of AI for intelligent anomaly detection and automated threat response.

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop threat detection features leveraging deep knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.

· Implement secure, scalable backend services for on‑prem and cloud-based environments.

· Integrate identity and threat detection capabilities across multiple product lines and platforms.

· Promote and optimize the use of AI/ML to accelerate product development and improve detection accuracy, predictive analytics, and automation.

· Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and platform teams to ensure technical alignment with business strategy.

· Mentor engineers, support knowledge sharing, and foster a culture focused on quality, innovation, and security.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Computer Science or related field.

· 8–10+ years of enterprise software development experience.

· Experience with scalable on‑prem and SaaS architectures.

· Strong knowledge of distributed systems, event‑driven design, REST APIs.

· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, DevOps, CI/CD.

· Proficiency in modern OOP backend languages; experience with C#/.NET.

· Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks.

· Solid understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity.
