We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Corporate Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing critical EHS&S data, supporting analytics, and administering related systems to ensure high data quality and accessibility.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will turn data into meaningful insights that drive improvements in safety performance, environmental impact, employee health, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with EHS&S professionals and leadership to support data‑driven decisions, enable the adoption of new digital tools, and continuously enhance reporting and insights across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data quality for the EHS&S software application.
  • Administer user access and permissions across the EHS&S software.
  • Serve as the first contact for data questions and support requests from site EHS team members.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guidance for EHS software platform.
  • Respond to ad-hoc inquiries, troubleshoot user issues, and promote best practices. 
  • Support global roll-out and implementation of the new enterprise EHS&S software platform.
  • Partner with EHS&S team to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Build and refine dashboards (EHS&S software system and Power BI) and data tools.
  • Analyze EHS&S data to ensure data quality and identify trends and improvement opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools (including PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Experience with EHS platforms such as Cority, Enablon, VelocityEHS, or Intelex is a plus.
