For our Client in the information technology sector, we are looking for a:

GL Coordinator – Bank Reconciliation Coordinator

Location: Gdańsk

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team and ensuring that all bank reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Reviewing and approving reconciliations prepared in BlackLine and supporting analysts in their daily work.
• Analysing key performance indicators and regularly reporting results to management.
• Maintaining strong internal controls and working closely with auditors during reviews and testing.
• Improving operational processes and systems.
• Collaborating with other departments on banking and financial processes.

Requirements:

• At least 4 – 5 years of experience in in bank reconciliations, cash accounting, GL accounting, or shared services (including 2–3 years in a leadership role).
• University degree in finance or accounting.
• Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Good understanding of financial controls and working in a regulated environment (e.g., SOX).
• Good knowledge of SAP/BlackLine.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
