For our international client from FinTech industry, we are looking for:

Treasury and AP Specialist 

The responsibilities of the position include:

-manage banking documentation processes, including bank account openings/closures and KYC requirements;

-coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and submit required documentation;

-execute tests for all new banking connections;

-update and maintain cash forecasting;

-manage the daily cash position and intercompany funding;

-ensure timely and accurate processing of AP invoices on procure to pay software tool and accounting system;

-matching of invoices to POs and ensuring all required approval workflows are completed;

-end to end ownership of the AP aging report and accuracy of general ledger coding for all transactions.

Requirements:

-very good command of English;

-familiarity with bank account management and KYC or onboarding processes;

-3+years of experience in treasury or cash management;

-detailed knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process;

-strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills while also comfortable with ambiguity;

-experience working in an international or multi-entity environment.
