We are looking for an ERP Transformation Manager ready to join our Client – an international company building their competence center in Cracow. There’re 2 roles available in the area of digital platform implementation for SAP ecosystem and satellite applications:
- ERP Transformation Manager for Enterprise Functions – procurement/compliance/HR,
- ERP Transformation Manager for Finance – R2R, O2C, P2P.
Employment terms:
- Contract of employment,
- Hybrid model – preferably 2-3 office days/week.
In this role you will:
- Lead the ERP Transformation project in 1 of designated areas (finance or enterprise functions – procurement/HR/compliance),
- Provide strategic leadership to define and execute the IT project vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business objectives,
- Lead an internal IT transformation team as well as coordinate the cooperation with external vendors providing IT services,
- Cooperate with business leadership to understand their needs in terms of digital solutions landscape and process automation,
- Translate digital strategy into clear, actionable direction across a complex, international, and multicultural stakeholder landscape.,
- Build, develop, and sustain high-performing capabilities within the Enterprise Functions Platform delivery organization,
- Establish and continuously enhance delivery frameworks, governance, and methodologies to ensure efficient and scalable execution.
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the area of IT/digital leadership with strong focus on ERP landscape (SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Successfactors, Ariba, Sievo, GRC, etc.),
- Master's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline,
- Demonstrated experience in shaping digital transformation, innovation, and business engagement within the enterprise functions such as finance, procurement, HR, and legal,
- Extensive Experience in developing & managing technical teams in a complex landscape, across multiple geographies, driving a business value add mindset,
- Effective business case thinking within Agile in delivering measurable value, continuous evaluation of economic viability, sustainability impact and aligning project/product goals with strategic business objectives in a flexible and iterative manner,
- Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate complexity, solve business problems and assertive decision making,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills 6 bullet point max, which focus on must-haves for the role with an emphasis on skills vs experience.
