Job description

For our client, a new IT company entering the Krakow market and currently establishing an office, we are looking for candidates for the position of Business Development Representative with English (UK market) .

You will partner with Account Executives/Account Managers to drive sales within their pipeline. By using best practices and methodologies; use of all available means to perform effective research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of targeted account lists.  

The company is a private IT security software firm that develops solutions to help businesses identify and protect sensitive data, as well as assist with compliance auditing. 



Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Executives to pass on qualified leads and support the sales process.
  • Achieve key sales activity targets (calls, follow-ups, meetings).
  • Determine and understand customer needs and clearly explain how our products bring value.
  • Keep CRM records up to date and accurately track lead status.
  • Research and maintain account lists to support outreach efforts.
  • Create and manage a strategic product list.
  • Book high-value meetings with key decision-makers at ideal customer companies.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service area  (experience in SaaS would be added value)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (or another relevant language) 
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies 
  • Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
