Weronika Sadowska

Weronika joined Grafton in 2023 following the merger of Grafton and Kelly. She brings over 15 years of experience in HR and recruitment, including more than 9 years in leadership roles.

Currently, she is responsible for managing BPO and RPO teams and delivering outsourcing projects on both national and international levels. She specializes in team scaling, process optimization, and improving operational efficiency. She also has extensive experience in high-volume recruitment for specialist roles.

Since 2020, she has been sharing her expertise as a lecturer at SWPS University, teaching recruitment and selection and mentoring future HR professionals.
