Urszula Martyła

Urszula has been associated with the recruitment industry for over 18 years and with business advisory for more than 24 years. She has worked for companies such as GoldenLine and LinkedIn HQ in Dublin.

She joined Grafton in 2016 as a Business Development Manager. Currently, she partners with clients in the areas of permanent recruitment, temporary staffing, and outsourcing solutions. She works with Grafton clients across the Mazowieckie and Łódzkie regions, as well as in the Tricity area.

She specializes in Corporate, IT, and SSC sectors. She also delivers recruitment projects for clients within Gi Group Holding, collaborating with Gi Group branches in Poland and internationally.

Urszula is also a trainer at the Grafton Academy, where she delivers training sessions on sales, relationship building, and cross-selling.

Privately, she is passionate about cooking and baking—especially Italian cuisine. She has a particular fondness for classic Polish comedies by Stanisław Bareja.
