Michalina Poncza

Michalina joined the team in 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry and HR services, as well as 17 years of experience in business development.

At Grafton, she is responsible for managing client relationships across the Silesia and Małopolska regions.

She began her career as an HR services and recruitment specialist and later advanced to the role of Branch Manager, overseeing two offices in Gliwice and Bytom. She values partnership and open dialogue, providing her clients with comprehensive and unlimited substantive support.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active through mountain and rock climbing, Krav Maga training, and CrossFit. She also appreciates relaxing with a good book.
