Michał Piernik joined the Poznań office of Grafton Recruitment in 2015 and has been consistently developing his expertise in recruitment and business relationship management ever since. He brings over 12 years of experience in the industry, covering both business development and the delivery of recruitment projects across various organizational levels.

He specializes in the Corporate & SSC sector, supporting clients in acquiring key talent and building high-performing teams. At Grafton, Michał is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in Poznań and the Greater Poland region, with a strong focus on long-term, partnership-based cooperation built on trust and a deep understanding of business needs.

As a trainer at the Grafton Academy, he delivers training sessions focused on building effective relationships with clients and candidates, sharing practical knowledge and insights gained through hands-on experience.

In his professional approach, Michał believes that businesses are ultimately built by people, and that outcomes matter more than time spent. This mindset shapes his working style—focused on quality, effectiveness, and delivering real value to clients.

He holds a degree in Journalism and Social Communication and has completed postgraduate studies in HR for Professionals. He can also be heard in the “HR Ping-Pong” interview series on the Stacja HR channel.
