Expert in recruitment process methodologies and RPO projects (on-site and off-site). Specializes in permanent placements for expert and managerial roles in finance and accounting, business services, sales, and business development.

Speaker at business conferences and moderator of expert debates focused on the labor market and investment environment. Linguist (English and Russian), certified trainer (CELTA Pass B, British Council; Train the Trainer), leveraging language and cross-cultural expertise in collaboration with international partners.
