Job description

For our client, an international company operating in the medical industry, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, who will be primarily responsible for driving Sales Force Effectiveness across the international business unit.


Twoje zadania:


  • Executing the Sales Force Effectiveness Strategy with an emphasis on primary priorities
  • Oversee sales performance, measurement and ongoing enhancement efforts
  • Lead and promote the company's culture and philosophy across all markets
  • Collaborate with fellow Commercial Excellence Team members to execute cross-functional projects
  • Lead and inspire without direct authority, cultivating a culture of ongoing improvement within the organization
  • Facilitate difficult decision-making while balancing business objectives, technical consideration and timelines
  • Support and comply with the company’s policies and procedures
  • .Demonstrate an inclusive mindset and exemplify these behaviors for the organization


Czego oczekujemy:


  • Min. 5 years in a Sales Force Effectiveness role or similar focused on delivering commercial excellence
  • Min. 7 years of experience in Sales Force
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines, while maintaining the team focus
  • Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent change management and issue resolution skills with the ability to deliver results
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field as outlined in the essential duties
  • Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and recommend solutions
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Experience in pharma or medical industry will be an advantage
  • Readiness for business trips across Europe (up to50%)
