An international company from Poznań is looking for a professional to support their project team in coordinating transformational initiatives, including regulatory and finance-related projects. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Managing change processes and ensuring project governance;
• Collaborating with internal and external teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Vendors);
• Monitoring project status, managing risks, and reporting to stakeholders;
• Supporting business readiness and project communications;
• Facilitating workshops and maintaining project documentation;

Requirements: 

• Experience in coordinating projects (ERP/finance background);
• Knowledge of Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid methodologies;
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel; 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to change;
• Very good English (min. B2).
