Responsibilities: 

• Efficiently manage release and order processes, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries and relay them to relevant departments.
• Identify suitable freight forwarders through internet research and exchanges.
• Negotiate transport prices, handle orders, and address invoice discrepancies.
• Optimize the network by evaluating and expanding the pool of transport service providers.

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Very good knowledge of Slovak and Czech.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Navision.
• Customer and service orientation.
