Responsibilities: 

• supporting and managing loading and unloading points in Eastern Europe
• monitoring the correct quantity and quality of load carriers at the spots, clarifying any discrepancies
• processing complaints
• organizing smaller orders
• obtaining quotations, conduct price negotiations and process the contracts
• expansion of spot network as required

Requirements:

• experience as a forwarding agent or completed studies in logistics and transportation
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar area
• very good knowledge of English and Polish
• good communication and negotiation skills
• very good knowledge of Excel
