We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our client's gorwing team in the position of Loan Operations Analyst and take ownership of a dynamic loan portfolio. If you enjoy working at the intersection of finance, operations, and stakeholder management — this could be a great fit for you.
Location, centre of Warsaw, hybrid - 4 days in the office.
Your duties will include:
- Managing and maintaining the funds’ loan portfolio on a daily basis
- Monitoring agent communications and updating repricing details in internal systems
- Recording key loan events such as PIK (Payment in Kind) and paydowns
- Handling drawdowns and coordinating funding processes
- Reconciling loan positions, accruals, and cash settlements with external parties
- Allocating and processing new loan trades in ClearPar in line with OMS
- Reviewing trade documentation, including confirmations and assignment agreements
- Collaborating with legal and internal stakeholders on transfer-related queries
- Monitoring trade-related elements such as delayed compensation and cost of carry
- Keeping track of ClearPar timelines and proactively following up with agents and counterparties
- Supporting timely settlement of secondary loan trades while building strong working relationships externally
Expectations:
- Experience in syndicated loans (especially on the secondary market)
- Familiarity with ClearPar and LMA/LSTA structures
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
