For our client, an international company located in Września, we are looking for a person for the position of ERP Junior Consultant.
ERP Junior Consultant
Your tasks:
- Participate in international ERP-implementation and update projects to deliver our products and services full and in time
- Independent implementation of smaller projects / small orders
- Consultancy of our customers and implementation of best practice approaches
- Project wrap-up and information provision within the company
- Handling of support inquiries from international customers regarding our software solutions
- Classification and analysis of the incoming customer inquiries in 1st and 2nd level support
- Direct and constant exchange with our customers
- Documentation of the cases
- Occasional sales support
- Co-operate closely with the Research & Development
- Timely time & task reporting.
What we expect:
- University degree in business and/or production management, business informatics, computer science or other technical sciences
- First experience in above areas is desirable
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Knowledge in scripting (Batch, PowerShell, Visual Basic Script)
- Technical affinity
- Good command of English & local office language required
- Knowledge of German language desirable
- Assertiveness and a confident, friendly manner towards colleagues and customers
- Willingness for international travel (50-70%).
