Job description

For our Client an international company we are looking for experienced Candidates for HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established company where you will have a chance to expand your knowledge and skills. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers in the business unit
  • Modeling a strong, partnership-based collaboration with managers and HR centers of expertise, based on understanding the company’s interests, internal client needs, and maintaining high ethical standards
  • Understanding the organization at the level of processes and systems, and implementing solutions that support the business
  • Identifying opportunities/threats and the need for change – developing actions together with managers, managing change with particular attention to proper communication
  • Working with the personnel budget and planning employment structures together with business partners
  • Coordinating activities related to the effective implementation of HR policies in the organization
  • Using and analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and formulating solution proposals based on the
  • Designs, implement and leads actions focused on minimizing attrition

 

Requirements:

  • +3 years of relevant experience as an HR Bussines Partner in international environment
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related discipline
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR’s strategic role in business
  • Critical skills include decision making, facilitation, influencing, financial acumen and negotiation
  • A working knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Experience working with data and the ability to draw conclusions using appropriate tools 
  • Strong written and verbal communication aptitude is a must
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously 
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) skills
  • Availability to work 2/3 days per week in the office
