For an international company located near Poznań, we are looking for a strong, experienced and ambitious candidate who will join international, well-known company as: Group Finance Controller
Your tasks:
- Financial and accounting support to subsidiaries and control of the in the area of financial reporting
- Participate in the preparation of Finance Guidelines and Instructions at Group level
- Involvement in projects related to strengthening management reporting at local and consolidated level
- Support new companies in the Group to establish financial management reporting
- Further development of Management Reporting/BI solution (BI) in close cooperation with the local businesses, Group Finance and Group IT
- Ensure that the BI and ERP platforms support the businesses in decision-making and in enabling performance management
- Preparation of monthly reports and presentation of financial data
- Ad hoc reporting and tasks related to Group Finance
What do we expect:
- Min. 5 years of experience with financial controlling, audit or management reporting
- Fluent English level
- Very good in working with Ms Excel, Power BI enviroment
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate cross-organizationally and cross-culturally.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel on business several times a year
- Master degree in economics, accounting or finance area
