Job description

For our client, an international organization that is building a new Service & Excellence Hub in Krakow we are looking for a candidate for the FCA Manager.  

The Hub is a long‑term strategic investment and will become a central part of a newly established, independent company. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all financial control activities for Europe entities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across the full reporting cycle. 
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality financial statements and reporting packages. 
  • Strengthen and maintain financial governance, internal controls, and compliance  
  • Act as a strategic business partner to commercial and supply chain leaders, providing financial insights that support decision‑making, performance management, and sustainable growth. 
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, including standardization, optimization, and redesign of reporting flows, templates, and reconciliation routines. 
  • Oversee audit processes (internal and external), ensuring documentation quality, alignment with requirements, and timely resolution of findings. 
  • Manage transfer pricing and corporate tax reporting (TRCS), ensuring compliance and proper documentation. 
  • Improve reliability and efficiency of finance operations across SAP, reconciliations, data quality, and reporting workflows. 
  • Support carve‑out enablement, ensuring financial readiness, data integrity, and process stability during structural changes. 
  • Collaborate closely with global finance teams, controlling, tax, treasury, and shared service centers to ensure alignment with corporate standards. 
  • Lead team of finance specialists 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 5–10+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or financial reporting in an international environment. 
  • Experience in process improvement, financial governance, and stabilizing fragmented finance environments. 
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and provide actionable financial insights. 
  • Strong command of SAP, financial reporting tools, and reconciliation processes. 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Very good command of English. 
  • Experience in audit coordination, transfer pricing, or carve‑out projects will be considered an advantage.
