Job description

For our client we are looking for Customer Support Specialists with Swedish

Location: Warsaw


Main duties will include:


  • Handling incoming calls from Scandinavian airline passengers,
  • Managing email and chat inquiries,
  • Ensuring the correct resolution of issues,
  • Identifying customer needs through phone calls,
  • Collaborating with other support levels,
  • Maintaining the highest quality of customer relationships,
  • Regular reporting of results in the system.



Requirements:


  • Swedish language proficiency (C1) and English (minimum B2),
  • Availability to work in an office in Warsaw,
  • Interest in the tourism industry,
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
