For our Client, a prestigious airline company, we are looking for Candidates interested in position of:

Customer Support Specialist with Italian


This job is based in Wroclaw, there is no possibility to work remotly.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing e-mail and telephone customer service,
  • Receiving incoming calls from clients,
  • Solving customer problems by phone,
  • Processing consumer matters, cooperation with other departments,
  • Supporting the activities of the e-commerce program.


Requirements:


  • Knowledge of English and Italian in speech and writing at a minimum B2 level,
  • Experience in customer service will be an asset,
  • Willingness to gain experience in an international organization,
  • Excellent communication skills.
