Customer and Sales Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising clients on employee benefits tailored to their needs
• Managing the entire sales process
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with business clients
• Preparing proposals and leading negotiations
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Keeping an eye on market trends, analyzing competition, and identifying new sales channels

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business consulting
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, independent approach with a passion for problem-solving
