For our client, a large international organisation, we are currently looking for candidates to fill a Controlling Manager position.

Main tasks:

• Lead and manage a team of 3 controllers and the entire financial controlling function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes,
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risks.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic planning.
• Oversee the work of the financial controlling team, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Business Partnering with operational departments to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to all levels of management.

Requirements:

• Relevant financial education/qualifications
• Approx. 10 years of experience, incl. 3 – 5 years in a similar position
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English
