For our client (manufacturing division), we are looking for a Compliance Manager who will take full ownership of the compliance function. The organisation is expanding this area, and the role is designed as a standalone position combining operational responsibilities, advisory support and project coordination. It offers strong business exposure and close collaboration with key stakeholders in Poland and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of compliance frameworks:

• Re-develop, implement, and maintain global compliance policies and processes.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdiction.
• Provide training and guidance to the business on compliance obligations.
• Audit and report: investigate compliance breaches and non adherence to processes, coordinated with external regulators, auditors and advisors.
• Track and interpret changes in laws and regulations across jurisdictions.

Third Party Risk Management:

•  Lead the global third-party screening programme: manage, improve, monitor, design.
• Conduct screening and answer queries from the business arising out of screening results.
• Ensure third party contracts and company precedents include appropriate clauses.

General compliance advisory

• Advise on wide range on compliance topics: antibribery and corruption, privacy, restricted countries and parties, compliance barriers to do business.
• Support the legal team and General Counsel with all aspects of compliance in an international company.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in compliance, audit or risk management (general compliance only).
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of the compliance area.
• Fluent command of English.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
