For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which has an a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Buyer with French language.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for receiving and transmitting requests
- Processing PO in the system
- Solving issues related to invoices
- Develpment of procurement policies and processes
- Reporting to the management
- Verification of internal clients needs
- Cooperation with other branches
- Implementation of global standarization
- Checking qualiy of service provided by suppliers
- Cost optimization activities through saving initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree
- Previous experience in customer service or procurement field
- Very good knowledge of English and French
- Very good communication & negotiation skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues
- Knowledge of SAP/ARIBA
