For our client, a global manufacturing company in the industrial automation sector, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (AP)

Your Responsibilities:

• Verify PO/NON-PO related invoices.
• Process PO and NO-PO invoices in a system, coding NO-PO transaction.
• Manual posting performances within ERP system.
• Resolve price and quantity blocks for all invoices.
• Handle vendors and business queries.
• Maintain vendors accounts, reconcile vendors' statements, and resolve debt balances.
• Cooperation with business partners and vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Identify, propose, and implement potential process improvements.
• Deal with daily accounting matters, cooperating with team members and supporting Team Leader.
• Support colleagues and carry out tasks related to the backup structure.
• Perform ad hoc activities.

Requirements:

• MS dynamics knowledge.
• 1–2 year experience in a Shared Services and international environment is an asset, especially in Accounts Payable area,
• Very good command of English in writing and speech.
• Good command of Polish in writing and speech (working in Team with Polish language).
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint,, Teams).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels in a multicultural environment.
• Independence in work and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem Solving and good analytical skills.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Experience or good understanding of AP & P2P process.
• SAP knowledge.
• University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent).
