We are currently looking for an independent Project Coordinator to support an AI‑related project for our client from the technology and transport sector. Our client is a globally recognised brand, operating in an international environment. The ideal candidate will have fluent English and be comfortable coordinating stakeholders and activities across multiple countries.

Your tasks:

• Actively searching for and analysing new growth opportunities, including potential partnerships, products and services.
• Independently coordinating projects, ensuring a high level of customer experience and quality of business cooperation through regular monitoring, reporting and implementation of appropriate actions.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners in Poland and working with them on operational initiatives.
• Identifying new opportunities, agreeing the initial scope with key stakeholders and setting clear milestones aligned with the roadmap.
• Close cooperation with various teams across the organisation to ensure alignment of activities and effective delivery of project goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish and English (min. B2/C1 level)
• At least 2 years of proven experience in project management and business development
• Practical knowledge and use of AI tools
• Effective problem‑solving and great communication skills
• Strong planning and organisational skills, including setting priorities and tracking tasks and projects
• High level of independence, ownership and accountability in driving tasks and projects forward
