We present a report that helps understand the current situation on the IT job market in Poland. The data comes from the analysis of thousands of job offers, information from employers and a survey for IT sector employees. We check how salaries are shaping up, which roles are gaining importance, how the needs of employers and the expectations of specialists are changing - in the context of inflation, technological changes and the growing role of AI. Our publication is under the patronage of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH).
What information did we include in this edition?
📊 Salaries in IT – for dozens of positions, taking into account the level of experience. We also present the data in a regional division – Warsaw, Krakow, Lodz, Wroclaw, Katowice, Tricity, Poznan and all Poland.
📈 Demand for roles – we checked which roles are in greatest demand today and how the number of offers in key IT groups is changing.
💬 Commentary from industry experts – on changes in recruitment, AI and new team building strategies.
🌍 Investor perspective – leaders from PAIH and the largest Polish cities show why Poland remains one of the most interesting investment destinations for technology companies.

IT salary and trends Report is a continuation of the valued analysis of the IT market in Poland. This year's edition was created based on data collected from specialists, managers, companies and employees of the sector. We analyze not only salaries, but also trends, technological changes, the impact of AI and the mood of the industry after years of slowdown.
This year, we are looking at:
