We invite to read the next edition our IT Salary and Trends Report.

What's new in the report?

  • Salary ranges for selected IT positions in Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice and Gdańsk, but also salary rates for selected roles without division into region.
  • New information in salaries – column “NO” (the most frequently offered) for all positions from a national perspective - this is the most frequently appearing salary for each position on a national scale.
  • The condition of the IT sector and its specificity on local labor markets in Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź, Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk.
  • Demand for roles measured by the number of advertisements, this year for the first time illustrating the situation of the IT industry in the largest cities in Poland.

  • Academic potential, i.e. the number of students and graduates of selected IT fields (selected the list of IT fields below, under the form, only in Polish).
  • Data and commentary on trends in the sector, including: remote work, forms of employment, or AI.
