International employment without a local entity - Employer of Record (EOR)
Employer of Record (EOR) is a model in which Grafton Recruitment takes on the role of the formal employer of your employees in Poland or in one of the 27 countries within the Gi Group Holding network.
Your company retains full operational control over the team — we ensure compliance with local labour law, handle payroll and HR administration, and assume formal employment responsibility.
How does the Employer of Record model work?
The EOR model is based on a three-party relationship between your company as the client, Grafton Recruitment as the formal employer, and the employee working for your organization.
You decide on the employee’s tasks, goals, and performance. Grafton is responsible for the contract, salary, contributions, leave, health & safety, documentation, and full labour law compliance.
The solution works best where traditional expansion via setting up a legal entity is too slow, too costly, or unjustified given the planned scale of hiring.
Who is the EOR service for?

Foreign companies hiring in Poland

Polish companies expanding abroad

Key benefits
Fast market entry without a local entity
Hiring your first employee in Poland through the EOR model is possible within just a few business days.
EOR enables you to hire specialists without registering a company, opening bank accounts, or building local HR and payroll structures.
Full compliance with labour law
Grafton is responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, employee documentation, payroll, and all formal employer obligations.
Flexibility and scalability
The EOR model enables rapid scaling of your team both during expansion and when reducing business activity.
It allows you to test the market before full capital commitment and run project-based hiring without establishing a local entity.
