We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Operations and Payroll Expert to join one of our clients in the healthcare industry. You will support and coordinate HR Operations processes and payroll across multiple countries, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery by external partners. In this role, you will handle complex cases, act as a point of escalation, and drive the digitization and optimization of Hire-to-Retire processes using the Workday platform.

Localization: Warszawa (hybrid)

Agreement type: temporary (with a possibility of converting into permanent agreement)

Main duties will include:

• Oversee and coordinate HR Operations processes with external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage payroll administration and approval, providing final validation and sign-off.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure smooth service transitions and manage mobility cases.
• Handle complex cases and process escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Support the implementation and change management of global Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Promote the adoption of Workday, encouraging Employee and Manager Self-Service for essential HR processes.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll Management
• Business Proficiency in Polish (required), English (required), German (plus); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating external vendors.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and completion.
• Experience with Workday and knowledge of basic labor law principles for Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Background in shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) is essential.
• Experience in HR transformation and service transition is desirable.
