He has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. In 2017, she joined Grafton as Division Manager BS & Corporate, where she developed an expert team, built relationships and supported clients and new investors in her area. She also carried out end-to-end recruitment projects for key executive positions. In January 2022, she took over the management of the Poznań branch of Grafton, where she develops services in both the Perm and Temp&Outsourcing divisions.

On a daily basis, he actively participates in promoting the brand, shares his knowledge and industry experience in Expert Associations and Clubs, and also closely cooperates with local institutions promoting Poznań.
