A graduate of studies at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Lublin University of Technology and postgraduate studies in the field of Human Resources Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw.

For 4 years, as a manager of the Warsaw Temporary Employment and Outsourcing Division, he has been advising clients, offering flexible solutions in the field of external employment, including recruitment of temporary employees, HR and payroll services, cooperation within outsourcing and IT contracting.
